But now Koch Media has posted a statement via the official Deep Silver Twitter, stating that there is no truth to the rumors, and that the company is “stable and growing.” “Independent companies like us understandably attract interest,” reads the statement. “As a matter of fact, we ourselves are always on the lookout for responsible acquisition opportunities in the fields of publishing and distribution to accelerate our growth. But we are not for sale.”
